These terms apply to your use of Marvium. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms.

Your Content

You are responsible for the Markdown files, notes, documents, images, URLs, API keys, prompts, and other content you add to or process with Marvium. You should only import, convert, share, or process content that you have the right to use.

Local Storage And Backups

Marvium stores app data locally on your device. Keep separate backups of important files. The app is not a backup, archival, legal, medical, financial, or compliance record system.

AI Features

AI features are optional and use the AI provider and API key you choose. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable. Review generated Markdown, summaries, rewrites, and notes before relying on them.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Hugging Face, or any other AI or model provider you use with the app. You are also responsible for checking that any model you download or import is compatible and that its license permits your intended use.

Ads And External Services

Marvium may use external services for ads, crash diagnostics, reviews, issue reporting, file sharing, links, and optional AI features. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Marvium Pro may be offered as an automatically renewing subscription. Available plans, prices, billing periods, and any trial or introductory terms are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through your store account before the renewal date, subject to the store's applicable rules.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable store and restore eligible purchases from Marvium. Refunds, billing disputes, and store account changes are handled under the store's policies. RevenueCat is used to validate purchases and manage Pro entitlement status.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Marvium to violate laws, infringe rights, upload or share unlawful content, abuse third-party services, expose API keys, or interfere with app operation.

No Warranty

Marvium is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect rendering, error-free AI output, or preservation of data.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhoneKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of Marvium.
